Haudimar, located in Isabela, the northwestern Puerto Rican Shore, is a secluded enclave comprised of a 2,200 sq. Feet- two story penthouse with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Mountains, breath taking 180 degrees views of the Atlantic Ocean and wild sand dunes are some of the hallmarks of Haudimar.

Strategically located 8 minutes from the the Aguadilla's Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) where you can hop in Jet Blue from JFK or Continental from Newark Int'l. Airport and be here in hours.

A space to unwind: A dream home away from home can best describe the feeling of Haudimar. Attonishing mountain views and breath taking ocean views are hallmark features of Haudimar both visible from its private balcony and the open-air-'L shape' terrace. The complex is designed with an infinity pool with views to the Ocean, playground for kids and a gezebo for activites. Inside, the apartment have a gourmet kitchen and inside and outside dining areas for group gatherings. Beach and Adventure- Surfing, Windsurfing, Kite su: Jobos Beach- You can't leave Isabela without dropping by Jobos Beach. Ask about what locals consider the better sites to surf and Jobos Beach in Isabela was always mentioned.

Shacks Beach- Probably the most popular spot for kiteboarders and wind surfers is Shacks Beach. Now I know what you're thinking - there are things such as 'beach shacks', but this beauty is called Shacks. Come here to enjoy water sports.

Shacks Beach- For snorkelers, this is pretty nice as well. There's about 50 yards of nice water between the reef and shore. But watch out for the kiters. As with most ocean with coral, the bottom here has its share of sea urchins!Make sure you wear booties.

Nature and Adventure- Caving and : Camuy Cavern- There are only two other places in the world where you will find a cave system as massive or dramatic as the Ro Camuy Cave Park - and neither of them has a tropical underground river thundering through it!

Only a small part of the complex is open to the public: three crater-like sinkholes and two caves... but what a spectacular part it is! Visitors ride a trolley that descends into a sinkhole lined with dense tropical vegetation while a guide describes the sights. After a walk across ramps and bridges and through the dramatically illuminated, 170-foot high Cueva Clara, another tram shuttles you to a platform overlooking the 400 foot deep Tres Pueblos Sinkhole.

Horseback Riding- There are various nearby Companies that will offer a variety of possibilities for your horseback riding adventure, 7 days a week.

The apartment is perfect, very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. The location is great, facing the ocean and very private within the complex, pool is one minute away. The area is near great restaurants, beaches and activities, and finally the owners are very friendly and willing to please the guests.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Love Puerto Rico

I have to admit I was a little nervous about booking this home getaway, since we have always stayed at all inclusive resorts when traveling out of the United States. I was very pleased with the personal service that we were given. All of our questions through email and phone calls were answered right away. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone. The apt. was very clean and pictures on the web site are accurate. We did travel everyday finding new places to explore. Although Jobo beach is a must to see, we found that Crash Boat Beach a public beach was more suitable for relaxing on the beach and swimming. It is about a 20 minute drive from Isabela. The grocery store was only a short driving distance away. We also drove to Rincon, watching the surfers, then to Cobo Rojo taking in the lighthouse and Bahia Sucia beach. The beach there was so beautiful that we drove back to spend a whole day there. After we leftCobo Rojo we went to Phosperscent Bay where they have the one of the bioluminescent bays. Not only was the glowing waters a site to see the food there was amazing. I am looking forward to returning back to Puerto Rico, where the locals are super friendly and make you feel right at home. One of the better vacations that my family has experienced. Thank you Carlos for all of your hospitality. Hope to be back soon.

This oceanfront condo is exactly as described. We stayed for a week. Rooms are spacious, view is beautiful, the walk to nearby Jobos is just short enough to walk by beach. Loved that it's gated and we could keep surfboards in the Jeep and felt very safe. The entire complex was very beautiful and accommodating. Lots of activities to keep us all 6 of us busy. We would definitely choose to stay here again, which I hope is soon!

A special place in our hearts!

We have used this website on several occasions in the past and have always been pleased with the properties we have stayed at. However, this property was truly special. The level of attentiveness the owners gave us was unexpected and made us feel truly welcome. Carlos always answered the phone or called us right back while we were there, and helped us find different places we wanted to go. The accomodations were clean and updated. The views are spectacular! I loved falling asleep every night to the sound of the ocean. This is a definite "revisit" for our next trip to PR. If I could suggest anything, it would be to have a guestbook available where guests could leave their remarks when they leave, as well as a larger library of brochures for excursions and restaurants in the area.

Great Stay on the Beach

This is a great apartment to stay in with a direct view of the beach. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and looked just like the photos. We could even see the Milky Way one night while enjoying the huge top deck. The apartment is in between both Jobos and Shacks Beach. The owner, Ruth is so very nice and would call us to make sure all was going well. We had a great vacation in a great place!
