Sunset Lakes is an oasis that provides the ideal place to retreat to after a long day at the Parks. A well-maintained community set around 2 well stocked fishing lakes and conservation areas. The larger lake provides a small fishing pier and cabana, from which to enjoy romantic sunsets and view the Disney Fireworks. There are communal facilities available for all guests, comprising of a large swimming pool with changing facilities and sun loungers and a play area for the youngsters. Sit around our pool and watch the passing wildlife go by or pop back between parks to freshen up ready for your next adventure.

  • Rental Rates stated above are per week for the villa and not per person and are inclusive of Florida sales tax of 13%.

    Our currency converter will show an a approximate conversion of our US$ rate for you. Please contact us for availability and a confirmed quote in your currency of choice.

    Rates are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

    A Deposit of 20% of the total rental cost with a completed booking form is required within 7 days to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable.

    Balance + US $400/ £200 security deposit due 10 weeks before arrival. Security deposit will be mailed back to you within 14 days upon satisfactory checkout inspection by our Management company.

    Optional Pool heat is US $160 / GB £111 (including tax) to be requested in advance. Pool heat is recommended for October to April.

    Spa heating is included in your rental rate.
  • Payment may be made by personal cheque/check or wire transfer to our bank account. We also accept all major credit card payments via PayPal (a 3.5% service fee will be charged).

We arrived at the villa at about 8 pm and upon walking into the villa were made to feel welcome. Everything was laid out nicely with all the rooms looking like their pictures. As soon as we walked out on the deck we saw a couple of racoons playing in the bushes in the conservation area behind. The pool itself was beautiful deep enough to swim but without ever really being out of your depth. The decor was great and the jukebox is a fantastic addition. The villa appears to be really well maintained unlike some other villas i have been to. The villa owner checked with us the next day if everything was ok which just continued their great customer service. The villa is described as 4 miles from disney and i can confirm this as it took us 8 minutes to get to animal kingdoms car park. I would reccomend this villa to anybody, thanks again Linda and Rob

My choice Villa

We chose this Villa for our family holiday for it's location, size and amenities, we were delighted with this Villa the photo's really don't do it justice, it was fantastic so much so that we have allready re booked to go again in May 2010.

Fantastic Villa

This Villa is simply fantastic.

the location of this villa is ideal it is set in a gated community called sunset lakes which is under 10 minutes drive to animal kingdom making it ideal for those quick trips home in the middle of the day when the little ones need to have a break from the parks.(and the grandparents).

We traveled in a large group that that included 4 generations (aged 6-80)and we have all said that we would return to this villa.
It is close to shops and resturants meaning that you don't have to go very far for anything that you could possibley need. (including a walgreens (chemist) that is only a few miles away)!

the Villa is very spacious and clean it also has loads of towels !!! we need not have brought any from home. Another bonus is that it has 3 bedrooms that are on the ground floor making it ideal for those with less moblity and it has 3 double rooms so ideal for 2/3 families to share or like us extended family.

We found the owners to be extremely helpful with any queries that we had they always aknowledged any emails quickly.
They even helped us to find the cheapest park tickets.
