What a great place to escape from it all! Sleep in one of our very own hand-hewn log cabins situated on 232 acres of land. Walk into a charming country kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to make a romantic dinner or just relax in the cozy living area with your favorite book by the wood-burning stove. Early summer evenings are best enjoyed while rocking on the covered porch with a glass of cool lemonade watching the wind rustle through the leaves as deer graze nearby. If you are the more adventurous type; enjoy a stroll down to the pond and ride on the paddle boat perhaps catching a glimpse of the wild geese and Mallards who visit there, or hike one of our many, beautiful woodland trails. Picnics are 'a must' with the outdoor grills and picnic tables we provide. Rest, relax and enjoy your vacation in one of the most serene and beautiful settings Vermont has to offer. Your vacation to Birch Meadow will be one of your most treasured memories!

We are located in the rural town of Brookfield, known for the very unique 'floating bridge'. You could spend a day visiting covered bridges or just enjoying the beautiful views. Our cabins are 17 miles south of the state capitol and 45 miles to downhill skiing at Mt. Mansfield or Sugarbush in Stowe. If you don't mind breaking your own trail you can go right out the door for some x-country skiing or some groomed trails in Randolph or Stowe. If you are looking for a day of water fun you could try water tubing in Bethel or spend some time at Silver Lake in Barnard. Summer or winter you will find plenty to do. Ben and Jerry's in Stowe is always a fun experience or a stop at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill to enjoy some shopping to pick up some of our Maple Sugar products and souvenirs.
