Fully furnished with new carpet, paint and furnishings. 'A Shore Thing. ' Great for family and friends, the living area is large and the patio door slides open to the screen lanai. The kitchen and bar area will seat up to 8. There's a half bath downstairs in the laundry room. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom with its own bathroom with two vanities and a large walk-in closet. The Bonus room off of the master has a computer desk with broadband internet connection, WI-FI , phone for USA only long distance calling also there is a full bed. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with tub/shower. The Condo is located in a very peaceful village with beautiful landscaping. There are 2 pools and tennis courts in the village. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
