2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bath (Shower Only), Sleeps 4 Max

Clean and comfortable 2 duplex units- each has 2 bedrooms (twin beds, full bed), 1 full bath (shower only), outdoor enclosed shower, TV, cable, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven). Gas grill and picnic table on deck.

Provided: pillows, blankets and bedspreads, beach chairs. Tenant to provide sheets/pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 4 people (including children).

No pets. No indoor smoking.

Park your car and relax, 3/10ths of a mile to Sea Street Beach and walking distance to the famous Sundae School for ice cream!! Central Cape location, short drive to many attractions.

2 cars permitted.

Saturday to Saturday rentals.

3:00 p.m. check in and 10:00 a.m. checkout.

Cape Cod Rail Trail: The Cape Cod Rail Trail follows a former railroad right-of-way for 22 miles through the towns of Dennis, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham and Wellfleet. Its paved surface, few hills, and well-marked automobile crossings make it ideal for cyclists. The trail has a wide unpaved shoulder on one side to accommodate horseback riding, walkers, and runners.

There are many opportunities to get off the trail and visit a beach. Food and water are also readily available and public restrooms can be found at Nickerson State Park, Salt Pond Visitors Center at Cape Cod National Seashore and the National Seashore Headquarters. If you do not have a bike, bike rentals are available at many points along the way. For people with disabilities, a limited number of hand-cycles are available for rent at specific bike concessions.

Always enjoyable

We have stayed here each of the last 4 summers. Its always clean, bright and an easy walk to the beach. It has a nice side yard to cook out after a day at the beach. Its close to area attractions, restaurants, pubs, and children's activities. We look forward to returning this year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fun Family Vacation

This is the second year we stayed in these cottages. My sisters rented the one's next to us and we had a ball. It was nice for us to all be together for the week but still have our own place. They are set back from the main road which was awesome since we brought our grandchildren this year. They are clean and well maintained. The beach and ice cream shoppe were just a short walk which was great having the little ones. The availability of washer and dryer was a bonus. The week was just perfect and we plan on renting again next year.

Fun in the Sun!

Can't say enough about the place, my family loves coming here this is our 2nd year and we already booked for next year. Only thing you need to bring is food, sheets and towels, the unit has everything you can think of that you would need for vacation, from lobster pots, to griddle, coffee maker to beach chairs,toys,umbrella's,coolers. There is also a washer and dryer available, very handy! There is so much to do and it is all nearby no need to be stuck in traffic while on vacation. Looking forward to next year!
Owner's Response: These guests have stayed here for two years in a row. I am happy to welcome them back each year and look forward to have them vacation at my place again next year.

My family really enjoyed their vacation. The unit was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. It was indeed a short walk to the beach, the Sundae School, and several restaurants. Shops more restaurants, and many attractions just a short drive away. The beach was clean, uncrowded making easy to keep track of the kids. I hope to return soon.
