We think that Cobia reflects the culmination of eight years of searching for just the 'right' vacation home. You will quickly guess that Cobia was designed by an artist by all the hand painted touches. Beautiful tropical colors, and designer furnishings, everything was detailed to make you feel as we do in our vacation home comfortable, pampered and a true respite to the beach.
The front porch leads you to the left into the large eat-in kitchen, with Corian counter tops and an open breakfast bar/dining area, all awash in sunny yellow. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need- from making morning coffee to a gourmet seafood dinner (the fresh seafood market is a quick drive.) You also have a convenient powder bath, as well as full laundry facilities.
To your right is the Florida Family room for watching your favorite movie on the 32 inch LCD HD television with surround sound speakers or just discussing the day with friends and family. The sofa converts into a queen bed
In the backyard you will find the grill and a shady area for dining out. We have installed our own out door shower for rinsing off beach sand.
Your trip to the beach or community pool is quick and easy with the use of our private golf cart (no need to rent)and a complete beach set up with umbrella and beach chairs (no need to rent).
Cobia Cottage is equipped with two adult bicycles (no need to rent) for touring the scenic Highway 30A bicycle path or taking a breezy coastal ride along the paved 19 mile Timpoochee Trail.
For the golfer, Cobia Cottage is only 1 1/2 miles from Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. This is a beautiful course, featuring towering pine trees and the area's only gulf fronting holes. The Sandestin Resort, home of the Boeing/Sandestin Champions PGA tournament, has three top rated courses.

If you haven't stayed in this area before, you are in for a wonderful experience. We fell in love with Scenic Highway 30A area years ago. A great time (and a great all inclusive rate) awaits you!
