Reserve your Holiday at this modern, upscale home with lots of amenities. Sterling Stay is located in the neighborhood of Crystal Beach in Destin, Florida. Sterling Stay Beach House offers a fabulous poolside deck and pergola with 3 dining tables and gas grill.

Sterling Stay Beach House is a beautiful contemporary beach home with a guesthouse and private pool. It is located along Scenic Gulf Drive on the Emerald Coast. This 3050 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views. Wireless internet is available throughout the property as well as expanded TV cable and Ipod dock with outdoor poolside speakers for your listening pleasure.

Sterling Stay Beach House provides 4 rented beach chairs and 2 umbrellas daily at the beach for our guests. These are already set up on the beach by a vendor so you only need to go to the beach and provide the password to the attendant. There are also plenty of folding beach chairs in the house pool closet that you can take to the beach on a trolley that is provided for guests.

The Sterling Stay Beach House was an AMAZING respite for our families. We LOVED the spacious backyard and the close proximity to the beach. The layout of the home and cabana worked perfectly for our 3 families. We were really pleased with how clean the home was upon our arrival. In addition, the customer service from the staff at Kiley Beach Resorts was awesome. Before leaving, all the kids begged for us to promise to make going to the Sterling Stay Beach House a tradition for Spring Break EVERY Spring Break. What a perfect place to make memories. Excellent Destin vacation home!

We had such a wonderful vacation in Destin this spring break! The skies were bright blue & sunny, the water crystal clear & our rental home top notch! Sterling Stay was a perfect spot for 13 of us to spend the week. Right in the heart of Destin within a minute's walk to the beach, with a heated pool and a beautiful pool deck, we couldn't have asked for more. The house was very well equipped... great pots & pans, large gas grill, as well as very sharp knives. (very rare in rental homes!) This was our first trip to Destin & we will definitely return. Sterling Stay definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you for making our vacation so great!

AWESOME Spring Break!!

My family has been to Destin several times and this is by far THE most outstanding accommodations we have ever stayed in. The house was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed to make our spring break stay the best we could ask for!!!! The furnishings were both comfortable and very stylish; the two teenage boys throughly enjoyed their 'boy time' in the Cabana house and made that their pad! It was also great to be able to take our four-footed child (6 lb. Yorkie) with us! The kitchen has EVERYTHING we needed for preparing meals, the grill had plenty of gas which we used for hamburgers and hotdogs after we came back from our wonderful day at the beach. The owner has graciously rented chairs, umbrellas and tables at the beach and provided beach toys so all we had to do was get our towels and make the short walk to the beach. It was FABULOUS to just walk to the beach and not have to carry ANYTHING!! The weather was a little chilly but the heated pool made up for the cold ocean! It is hard to mention all the great extras that the owners have provided, but it is obvious that they have put a lot of time and hard work into making Sterling Stay one of the premier vacation rentals in Destin and my family will be making this our yearly vacation spot for years to come. I will definitely be recommending this rental to all my family and friends! THANK YOU for making our stay in Destin so ENJOYABLE!!!

ABSOLUTELY STERLING

Our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the new deck and great deck lighting.
As in the past, the property was spotless and the management was attentive. They address every issue promptly and always check back to make sure our concerns have been taken care of.
We find the location-near the beach and several of our favorite restaurants perfect.
This year the pool heater was destroyed by the weather and it was replaced and working great within a couple of days. My grandchildren were very pleased and ended up swimming almost every night in the heated, lighted pool.
We are already planning our next stay.
