Wonderful vacation home!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Stay beach house. We had a party of thirteen people ranging in age from 5yrs to 70 yrs old. The house is large and we never felt cramped. There was plenty of seating in the family room and dining areas. The kitchen was very well stocked. We never lacked anything we needed. The furniture and décor was very nice. Very modern with cool artwork! The house and pool were both very clean upon arrival. The backyard of this house was amazing. We have stayed in 5 other homes in the area, and this was by far the best set up. The decking and pergola was perfect. There were areas of sun and shade so everyone could enjoy being outside. There were lots of chairs and lounge chairs, a few tables and plenty of space for everyone!! The proximity to the beach is also perfect. Just a few houses down, and your on the beach! Included with your rental are two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs that are already set up on the beach. This is a huge perk. The public beach in this area is very small and you have to get there early to get a good spot. With these chairs, we were able to sit right up in front and really enjoy the ocean and be able to see the kids. There is also a beach/pool closet at the home. Everything you could ever need is in this closet. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, goggles, rafts, a cooler, a wagon, a beach cart, boogie boards and more. The owner did a fabulous job stocking this home. I would highly recommend this home to all. We look very forward to staying here in the future, it would be my first pick!

Every year we visit the property and update, renovate, replace and restock, making sure that the property is in pristine condition.
The deck and pergola were the latest additions.
The art work is my husband's oil and acrylics.
