Located only 10 min. south of Old Town Vallarta on a semi private beach, Casa Artistica occupies the entire beachfront level of a multi-residence community. This dramatic home is 3800 sq' built on a single level w/3 Luxury King Suites is accessed via a private gated entrance among palms, bougainvilleas and tropical gardens delighting the senses.

The Villa’s contemporary elegance is balanced with comfort tastefully blended with the exquisite Tuscan inspired architecture, hand carved arches and painstaking craftsmanship. Beautiful home and amenities

Our Christmas holiday was fantastic, the property was really beautiful and was exactly as described. The property owners were very easy to deal with and made every effort to make our stay memorable. We were travelling with our adult children and our 9 month old grandson. The 3 full size king bedrooms each with full baths gave all members of our family the space they needed to enjoy the holiday.
The large and beautiful living space was very comfortable and spacious. The master suite includes a sitting area with attached deck Technology includes WiFi, cable for the 5 TV's and DVD players We hired the house staff to cook some of our meals and do our shopping. They were very flexible and helpful and the meals were fantastic. Claudia is made our meals to our requests and timeframes.
Beautiful views, a private beach and clean pool and facilities. There were taxis and buses across the street and a 10 minute drive to central PV. Full security on site, as we were travelling with an infant this was really important to us.
I highly recommend this property and thank Robert and Shawna for making our stay memorable.

The place is fantastic.....your description is very subdued.....my wife said it was the best vacation she has ever had.......we could not get over the vast amount of art in the condo....on top of that, it was very clean, comfortable, and felt like home.....had a chef dinner for six which was stupendous.............great seeing the whale pups playing from the balcony or pool.........We will definately be repeat customers...again, thanks for letting us rent your condo.

Puerto Vallarta Wonderful Time

Dear Shawn and Bob,

We all thank you for letting us share your home-we had the most wonderful time and the weather was great. Casa Artistica is the perfect place for three couples as we each had our own and private sleeping spaces along with bath and plenty of room to play cards, dominoes, read, watch TV or just stare out at the ocean. It was perfect. None of us wanted to leave and realized that we could have stayed at least another week. The staff was most courteous and helpful. We left the place as we found it-clean and neat. Great Family Getaway Week

My kids and I spent a week at this property and had a marvelous time. The home was beautiful but functional. We had wonderful quiet beachfront and spent hours just playing in the waves and building sandcastles each day. It was easy to get taxis to town and was a quick ride into the downtown area for going out and doing activities. Security was good and we felt safe. Although it is in a condo building we felt nicely secluded and did not hear our neighbors, All in all, a great place and we hope to return and stay there again.

The owners were very hospitable, even set up a private dinner for us – which was great. The staff was also very helpful! The condo was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for 6 people. If you are in PV, you can’t leave without going to Pepe’s Taco’s!
