Come enjoy this fabulous new high-tech, luxurious home located right on the beach! The views are more than spectacular; with panoramic views that cannot be matched! Enjoy sipping lemonade on multiple levels in the assortment of rockers and deck furniture. Come bring your work if you must... We have five high speed internet connections and a dedicated computer work area with fax, copier, printer, scanner ready for you to utilize. Enjoy the ocean view while relaxing in your hammock or playing a fun game of ping pong. Four of the five baths have jetted tubs. There is a full house audio sound system and a phone intercom system. Each of the six bedrooms has their own VCR/DVD satellite receiver for TV or radio.

Notes: Each floor has a washer and dryer and a kitchen (one is fully stocked and includes a gas cooking range and the other is an efficiency size in conjunction with a Tiki bar and game room). The gas barbecue grill is located on the second level deck, just a few steps from the main kitchen and in full view of the sandy South Carolina beach. Each floor also includes a TV area with surround sound. For the convenience of our elderly guests this home comes equipped with an elevator. There are four refrigerators: one in each kitchen, one in the bar, and one under the house on the ground floor. Cable/Satellite TV (9) : There are 2 surround sound areas on each floor with large flat screen TV's.All TV's have DVD's. Music Library: We have a CD player with an arrangement of different types of music and also a CD player that you can put your own CD's on and listen to throughout the house and on the decks. Shared Hot Tub: A quest card is needed to use the hot tub at Veranada Beach Pool area. Shared Pool: Quest cards have to be purchased to use the pools on the island. Full Kitchen (2) : Tiki bar has a refrigerator, convection microwave, cook-top, large ice maker, and sink. Refrigerator (3), Dishwasher (2) : 2 dishwashers in main kitchen, Microwave (2), Ice Maker (3). Catering Available: Ask owners who they recommend on the island to cater. Lanai: There is a sun deck with teak furniture for sunning or star gazing. Beachfront: Located in the center of the Island, close to beach Club Complex, always have good beach at low or high tide. Telephone (9) : Intercom system on the phone to communicate with people at outside showers if they need something Kid Friendly: Dollhouse for children to play with in house and ping-pong table under house.
