Ocean side of Route 6. This five bedroom, two full baths with a living room and second family room both with TV, expanded cable, DVD and VCR. Washer and dryer in the basement. 1.0 miles from famous Nauset light and Coast Guard beach and 1.0 mile to the Cape Cod Bay beaches and fresh water kettle pond. Cape Cod rail trail is at the end of the street and you can ride to the beach or 19 miles to Dennis. The yard is private with a large patio barbecue grill, patio furniture, flat yard with basketball hoop and tree fort for the young at heart. National Seashore is at the end of the street and Eastham is 30 miles from both from historic Provincetown and Hyannis.

Great rental location for families

This location was an excellent rental for families with children of young ages. We had 2 families with 5 kids total. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax. The spacious house offered enough room for everyone to hang out and time for everyone to have their own space to relax. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to walk around to unwind. The backyard and patio area was highly enjoyable. It aided in the relaxation component to our vacation. The house was conveniently locationed to multiple sites (i.e., ocean/bay beaches, bike path, restaurants, etc.) I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing time. On days when a breeze was blowing, the house maintained a wonderful temperature by simply opening the windows. The house aided in a great vacation experience.

Wonderful Cape Cod Getaway for your Family

This five bedroom cape house was the perfect fit for our family of 4 active children. Everyone had ample space to spread out and relax during our stay. The kids enjoyed the playhouse, basketball hoop, and play scape while the adults enjoyed lounging on the back patio and grilling using the Weber grill. Having the bike path so close by was a big plus as our family likes to bike and rollerblade.
Beach days were a breeze as so many of Cape Cod's beautiful beaches are only minutes away. When we wanted a night out to eat, the famous "Arnold's" is right down the road as well as our favorites, "The Fairway" and "Van Rensaleirs".
This home was well stocked with supplies for the week and cleaned well for our visit. Having the large sized washer/dryer available was very helpful for our family as was the extra refrigerator space in the garage.
If you rent this home, you can expect excellent communication with the owner. We appreciated the packet of helpful information that was provided and the specific details it included.
