Our condo is located away from crowds and high rise hotels in a unique private area of peace and tranquility. They also have extremely quiet interiors due to the thick concrete block construction that includes the extended block walls on the lanai for your added privacy.
What a difference it makes to stay right on the oceanfront! The surf gently splashing on the seawall, ocean breezes from the trade winds, captivated by the deep blue sea and the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Rainbows abound. Front row seat to every sunset…different and exciting.
Don't forget to look down from the lanai and watch for the sea turtles poking their cute heads above the water as they feed against the sea wall inside the reef. When in season whale watching between December and April is really exciting as you watch whales coming through the channel from the privacy of your own top floor balcony.

I definitely recommend this property for any persons who are trying to choose a vacay condo on the west side of Maui. My fiancee and I had a ten day vacation for the New Year, and chose this condo. The view is amazing. The condo is EVERY thing we wanted; clean, beach side, close to shopping and restaurants, and as avid hikers, close drives to some pretty amazing hiking trails. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to Lahaina (where the night life is). Definitely book your next vacay condo with these owners (accommodating and very customer service oriented).
My husband and I were extremely happy with our choice of booking this condo. We spent so much time on the lanai, it felt like we were practically on top of the ocean. We ended up eating most of our meals here because the lanai beats any restaurant view. Going to sleep with the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The pictures are exactly what you can expect. The condo itself is older (who cares with such an amazing view!) and the unit is updated. We had a great stay here and can't wait to return some day!
My wife and I are home after the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation ever. The condo was everything we hoped for. We were impressed with the entire property, including the maintenance, beautiful landscaping and cleanliness of the facilities. Unit 420 was especially clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The sound of the ocean from the lanai is still in our ears. Besides touring the island, swimming and sunbathing, we walked or drove to local coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and enjoyed the community. We will definitely repeat the exact experience. Thanks to the owner for contributing to this memorable experience.

We had a wonder stay. The view is to die for. Great sunsets. Very comfortable unit with everything we needed. Good airflow and quiet escept for wonderful sound of waves feet from the deck Saw more tutrles than ever before. Close to beach for nice morning walk. A little longer walk and you are at farmers market or the other way to Napili market. Several good places to eat a walk away.Short drive to other beaches and Lahaina.Owner was fantastic. He had everything set upat the unit and helped us out when we had an unexpected transportation problem. Napped on the sofa. It made into a bed but didn't use it. It could sleep two comfortably.Been to Maui several times and will try and schedule our next stay when unit is available. Our niece and her husband live less than a mile away which allowed us to easily visit have dinner with them.
What a view!!! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing with a drink watching sea turtles and whales. Nice beach below. Close to Lahaina (shopping and restaurants). Up to date kitchen and furnishings. Property was neat, clean and comfortable. Overall had a great experience and am looking forward to returning. Have recommended this getaway to family and friends.
