The home features an extraordinary custom kitchen, built in flat screen TV and a large deck overlooking the water. In addition, there are two king size beds and a cozy kid retreat on the lower level. Across the street, Upper Mill Pond offers calm salt water swimming and access to Stage Harbor for kayakers and boaters. There is also a town landing and pier.
