One of my favourite streets in Manhattan.

The description was accurate regarding location and layout.
The property was very clean and well maintained.
The owner provided very good customer service.
I would definitely recommend this property to my young friends who want a clean property in a great location on a budget.
This area is fantastic! The only other way to stay in this area is hotels which are very expensive. This was inexpensive and ideal.
Beware if you have a disability/unfit- many flights of steep stairs.
Ask for 2 sets of keys if there are four of you. We did not but this would have improved our stay. Sleeping is fine for 4 but quite small. Air-con in the 2nd room was a blessing in the middle of summer!
Close is great food!!!, Broadway for shopping and the metro.
Recommend Rubies for coffee, a small french cafe around the corner for the best avocado on toast ever and Ed's Lobster roll was super! I also liked dean and delucas for a bagel. Try and get a booking at La Esquina on Lafayette- I heard it was great.
Summary- I loved staying in this area.

excellent appartment to rent in SoHO

We stayed one week in this appartment and we enjoyed a lot New York. The appartment is excellent and the services also. We will surely be back and stay there for another week. We recommend this appartment to every one he wants to visit NYC. It is located in a very beautiful area where you can do and find a lot of interesting things.

This was our first time to stay in a apartment vs. hotel while in NYC. We were not disappointed! It was nice to have the separate sleeping areas, and the kitchen, along with washer/dryer - was wonderful! We actually packed less knowing that washing clothes would be easy.
Shopping, restaurants/cafes, and groceries are all within walking distance. And the subway is right around the corner! The owner provided good customer service, and I would recommend it to those wanting a change from staying in hotels. It was like "living" there for the week, rather than just visiting. You can't beat the price, either! It had a new wood floor, so each time you walked in the apartment, it smelled yummy and new. The furniture looked new, and much of the amenities (silverware, dishes, etc) was brand new. And one more thing, it had lots of closet space! Thanks to the owner....we enjoyed it!
