Welcome to our beautifully designed Town home, where you and your family will be spoiled with space, privacy, convenience and value! Everyday is an adventure for all ages, and at the end of the day, relax in the comfort of your private accommodation.

All amenities of the resort are available for your use at no additional cost. The facilities include: Clubhouse, heated swimming pool, toddler pool, whirlpool, tennis courts basketball courts, fitness room, games room, movie theatre, cyber cafe, fishing lake and the popular Big Bamboo bar. If you just want to chill out, visit the leisure room for a game of cards or to read a magazine.

The communal pool areas are equipped for entertaining the younger ones, splash about in the baby pool and get soaked by the water sprinklers, play in the sand pit or have fun in the play area on the swings/slides, whilst Dad cooks on the BBQ close by.

About The Owner

My husband and I live in the United Kingdom with our three grown up sons and our lovable boxer dog called Dyson. Both my husband and I work full time, I work in my local village school and my husband is in the Funeral trade. We love spending our vacations in Florida, as there is so much to do there and the people are very friendly. We have had some great holidays in Florida for many years as the children have been growing up, and have always promised that one day we would buy a vacation home of our own. In 2007 we finally achieved our dream, and bought a Townhouse in Paradise Palms resort, and have had no regrets.

We purchased our brand new Florida home in 2007 and chose Paradise Palms as it is just minutes from Walt Disney World, and is central to all the major attractions, surrounded by numerous golf courses and Busch Gardens is only an hour away as is Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Centre.

After looking at several resorts in Kissimmee, We fell in love with Paradise Palms the minute we walked through the private gates, we were welcomed by a tropical oasis of beautiful palm trees and colourful exotic flowers. Paradise Palms has a blend of everything to suit your lifestyle.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
To confirm your reservation a $220.00 deposit is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. All rates are subject to a 13% state and local tax.
Fees And Taxes CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received from date of booking until 30 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit the deposit of $220.00.
Cancellations made within 30 days or less prior to the arrival date are ineligible for any form of reimbursement.
ANY REQUEST TO CHANGE a confirmed reservation date is subject to availability, however, we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and TRAVELERS CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS.

Wonderful vacation

Hi Sue,
just writing to tell you how wonderful our vacation was! We had such a great time in all respects. Your townhouse was beautiful and very clean. We had a very comfortable stay there. Paradise Palms was also everything we imagined - the kids had a blast; the pool was a huge hit and it was so wonderful to let the little ones play in the shallow entry into the pool and not have to worry about them constantly being in water that is over their heads. We would definitely stay again and/or recommend it to friends.
Thank-you so much for everything you did to help make our vacation come together, it was great to do business with you!

Our group of five adults and two children, just returned from a few days in this home. Everything worked out so well. My husband uses a walker and the first floor bedroom and bath was perfect for us. The home is in very good condition, the beds were comfortable, the location was close to shopping and only ten minutes or so from The Magic Kingdom. My two Grandchildren, four and six loved the pool at the house, as well as the community pool. In fact when we asked the children what their favorite thing was about their trip to Disney World, they said "The pool at the house."
We all agreed we'd enjoy renting this house again!!

Great Place to Stay - Relax After a Day at the Parks!

My family stayed in this vacation home, it was very nice (clean). The neighborhood was nicely maintained and quiet. It was great to be able to get away from the crowds of the park and relax by the pool (private or the community pool - both very nice).

Very nice location, close to Disney. Many places near by to grab something to eat and grocery stores located near by. The kitchen was nice if you like to cook. Having the washer and dryer available made it easy, so you can pack light.

Thank you Sue for letting us in your home. I will recommend your place to others in the future.

WE ARE HAVING A GREAT TIME!
