This a ground floor unit (that means walk out the door on the beach level and use the dune cross-over bridge to the beach) on the beach in a family-oriented condo community. Fifty feet to either pool or hot tub. It is a newly rebuilt condo with cable and WI-Fi and TVs in every room. Completely stocked kitchen and every appliance is brand new. High capacity washer and dryer. Furnishings are comfortable and beach themed. Patio is set up for dining or relaxing and is within 100 feet of beach. Ocean Front exercise room; ground floor-step right out to ocean; beach service available; walking distance to Reef Restaurant; walking distance to Gulf Islands National Seashore on Johnson Beach. Beachfront: you are only 50 feet from beach.

My wife and daughters spent a week (jul11-jul17). Very clean and plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. The beach and other guests were great as well. Calm water and a real family friendly environment. Grills on property did not work. Had to go buy a cheap charcoal grill. This was the fault I could find with the place. We will definately be back in the years to come.
