Our Condo: This unit includes a boat slip (dry-inside storage) for a vessel up to 27’ in length and 12’ in height. This slip will accommodate a pleasure vessel with bimini-tops or a walk-around center console with tubular frame. The building structure is hurricane rated and is within walking distance of the condo. Your boat can be ready, waiting at the dock each morning or evening (twice a day) with one call to the Harbor Master. After use, the boat’s hull will be washed down and the engine(s) flushed with fresh water to ensure proper care during storage. The Marina has a store on site for all you boating needs: fuel, bait, lunch, drinks, tackle, and sun-screen, as well as, a terrific Bar and Restaurant for when the boating comes to a close at the end of a great day cruising the intracoastal, visiting Gulf beaches, or fishing the Gulf of Mexico.
