BEAUTIFUL LAKE HOUSE COTTAGE - PET FRIENDLY

The fully furnished house sits with a beautiful view of the lake and Pawtuckaway State Park.

The house is open concept with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, TV, and bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and the other bedroom is on a second floor loft.

Outside the house is a large deck and a patio area with a set of tables and chairs, adirondeck chairs for relaxing, a dock setup for a boat hookup. A small beach sits next to the dock for swimming in the lake, which according to a NHDES source is reportedly the 5th cleanest lake in New Hampshire. Three kayaks (one two-person and two one-person types) are available at the house for free use. Kayaking is great around the lake as there are many small islands to visit and wildlife to see. There are 10-15 bass fishing tournaments a year at the lake. The scenery is very tranquil as the house sits on the lake directly across from the 5,600-acre Pawtuckaway State Park. The 1,000-acre lake is very attractive with loons, small islands to explore, excellent swimming, 3-6 miles long, 50 feet at its deepest point, and very good for fishing of small and large mouth bass, pickerel, etc. Half of the lake is bordered by Pawtuckaway State Park, which has miles and dozens of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing in the summer and snowmobiling, ATV-ing, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing activities in the winter. The house is heated in the fall, winter, and spring.
