Our 2 bedroom apartment is situated in downtown Vancouver, BC. Stunning views of the mountains can be gathered from the living room, kitchen and balcony. Centrally located, within 7 minutes walk to the business district and 5 minutes to the seawall walking path, this is an ideal spot for work or recreation. The amenities within the complex include a swimming pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room and gym. A media room and party room are available upon request.The apartment is serviced weekly. All utilities, full cable and wireless Internet are included. Washer and dryer are situated within the apartment, and a dish washer/microwave/fridge/freezer is also provided. Environmental Policy: The apartment is situated within a LEED Gold certified building. Owned since new, this apartment has always been cleaned with eco-friendly products. All linens are organic or ethically sourced bamboo. Feel good about making this your choice for holiday/short term accommodation.

My family and I had a great time in this condo. It was a great location for downtown Vancouver. Very clean and the owners were very accomadating. The appt had great views. My toddler loved it too.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Vancouver is very special and this apartment made it even more so. Pros: Right in the heart of the downtown (in the midst of everything that one might want to do, spectacular views, convenient to public transportation, groceries, shopping, cultural events). Con: Right in the heart of downtown (bright lights, somewhat noisy from street traffic and crowds from arenas). I believe the building requires mini-blinds on interior windows, and they just aren't up to the job of darkening the rooms from street lights/daylight.

Katrina was very helpful in providing information about the area, transportation, interesting sights/activities.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
