Newly remodeled home with granite counter tops, stainless appliances & plush furnishings. 1 BR & 1 full BA on main level with open living/dining/den/kitchen area. 4 BR & 2 BA on 2nd floor. Master with private balcony, bath with jetted garden tub, separate shower & large closets. There is a covered porch with great view of the Gulf. Underneath parking for 2-3 cars. This secluded area has a beautiful beach that is around the corner. Drive and park or just walk to the dune walkover, The community pool with hot tub is just steps from the house. The subdivision is about 20 miles from Gulf Shores and 1 mile to the ferry. The marina, with restaurant ,is nearby. This unit will make a great family vacation with large TV in the living area, Internet access, laundry room and much more. The other 1/2 of this duplex is #320321 on HomeAway. If that is booked, try this 1/2. Same great layout, same great amenities. Upon availability, large groups of 22 can rent both sides.

Sleeping arrangements: Master has a king-size bed. All other bedrooms have queen-size beds. Maximum persons --10, except 1 or 2 small children can use sofa or air mattress if in a family situation. No rentals to groups of minors under age 25.

What is provided?: 1 set of sheets for each bed and 10 towel sets, plus kitchen towel will be provided along with a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 small packets of dishwasher detergent and 2 small bars of soap for each bath, plus a trash can liner for each wastebasket. All other supplies will need to be provided by the renter. The kitchen has all the dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans provided.
