This is a one year old 3 Bedroom Cape minutes from Coast Guard Beach. The house is on a quiet 1 acre parcel that invites you to sit a minute and relax on the large wrap around deck. These is a large gas grill for barbecuing. There is also a fire-pit where you can make your smores. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, you family will have plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. We are close to Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic side and Kingsbury and Thumper Town Beach on the Bay side. If it rains, we have a 42' TV with a DVD player and PS2 in the Living Room. There is a ping pong table in the basement.

We had a wonderful time here. It was close to everything, but quiet for the kids to play outside. The home was very clean and comfortable and provided many extras that other places did not - badminton, fire pit was great with the kids and smores, horse shoes, etc just outside the huge deck that made the stay a fun family experience for all of us. The rooms were comfortable and felt like our own place. There was clearly thought put into the guest accommodations - high speed internet, games, books and ping pong (in case it rains), washer and dryer, even cook books for quick family meals (but we didn't cook on vacation!) - It seemed like they thought of everything you might need and provided it. Thank you - we will definitely be back!
