Enjoy the full Ambiance of the Chesapeake This home has been rented to NAVY families for Commissioning week and weddings for the past several years. It is considered one of, if not, the finest Annapolis rental available. A few other times during the year are available on a negotiated basis... We have a private power yacht w/crew on site for day trips, and a 26' crewed fishing boat to try your luck on the Bay U.S. Boat Shows for 2009 are available on a negotiated basis.Dock space for up to 40 FT. for the 25 Min. commute to the show. There is off street parking for up to 5 cars. ****Absolute Minimum Rental of 3 Days - No Exceptions*** The Boathouse pictured is not included in rentals
