Annapolis Vacation Rental house

Dave was VERY helpful and kind throughout the whole rental process. He replied quickly to questions. He was away during our stay but had arranged for his son to be available for any questions. His son was also very nice.

The kitchen is really well stocked. We were a group of 7 and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. There is plenty of room in the house thanks to the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is very close to charming downtown Annapolis. There is a supermarket only a few minutes away which was great. The house also provided easy access to Washington and Baltimore.

Overall the house was very clean. Just one bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned and the shower drain seem blocked so we didn't use this bathroom for showers. The pool water was green. We were told this was because the pool was painted green-but the pool is definitely blue in the above picture. Due to the green water and slimy tiling, we think the pool had untreated algae.

Overall, we had a really nice stay and would probably look into staying here again if we are ever back in the area. Dave and his family were really easy and nice to work with. thanks!
