Central air-conditioning, top of the line kitchen appliances including Viking Stove, Miele dishwasher and over-sized refrigerator. Huge outdoor hot/cold shower, privacy enclosure. 1st level bedroom with private entrance and bathroom. Walk to restaurants, Block Island Ferry, Fishing, shopping.

Awesome Summertime Vacation!

After vacationing at the Cape for several years, this was a much more convenient, affordable and relaxing vacation. The home was immaculate and so close to the beach, we walked! The owners helped us choose restaurants and provided a large book of activities, menus and coupons. The kids enjoyed biking, kayaking and surf lessons. There was time enough for us to enjoy a little wine tasting at a summer festival. We are heading back again next year. Thank you Tina and Ron!

Graduation Rental

We rented this property the weekend of Memorial Day 2011 for my daughters graduation from Brown University.
This property was great!! The owners were great to work with and very accomodating.
This was a much more affordable option then even the Downtown Providence Hotels, with greater amenities than any hotel I've ever stayed in!
This home had everything we needed, all we had to bring were clothes.
Home was as it had never been slept in. Very clean and fresh!
If we are ever in the area I know exactly where we'll be staying.
