Orange Tree Vacation Rental villa

This is a superb property for families seeking quiet Orlando accomodation yet is still close enough to all the attractions. We were extremely fussy in choosing our accomodation (over 50 on our first shortlist) - and this one not only won but was even better when we got to it. We were a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 children aged 14,12 10 and 8) staying for just under 3 weeks.

For the 8 of us the house was comforable and always felt spacious. When we were in one of the bedrooms it felt like we had the house to ourselves ! Both adult bedrooms have nice en-suite facilities (one with large shower and one with shower and bath) and both bedrooms have connecting doors onto the pools.

We also enjoyed the games room with its foosball, pool and air hockey. The wildlife out the back was brilliant - we looked at frogs, inquisitive cranes (I think) and regularly had eagles flying above. In addition, the neighbourhood area was quiet and residential.

Randy is very approachable and contactable.

Next time we are back in Orlando this would be our first choice again. Do not hesitate to book. It had everything we were looking for.

My family had a wonderful experience while staying in this spacious, lovely, clean 4 bedroom villa. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. (Beds were very comfortable). The pool and deck was enjoyed by all for those relaxing, lazy afternoons. (Pool was cleaned while we were there). While in the pool or bar-b-q- ing the two egrets would join us. They have now been affectionately named "Elvis and Michael". The games room and the videos was a hit with my 5yr. old grandson. Randy had emailed all the necessary information and everything went smoothly. He even called the evening we arrived to ask if there was anything we needed. All amenities were near by and the major attractions were 20 min. away. It was the best of both worlds...the peacefulness of the house or the hectic, tourism world of Orlando. We enjoyed both!

This house was not only beautiful and clean but its location was close to Disney but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and busy streets of Orlando. With 3 kids in our family it was appreciated by my husband and I to have space to relax while the kids played in the pool, in the games room or just watch tv. I have already reccomended this home to others. Randy the owner himself is very willing to help whereever he can.My family is just back a coupe of days and already checking schedules and seeing when we could arrange to return to this fabulous home.
