Book now for next summer! Feel at home in this spacious and comfortable apartment with lots of amenities including renovated kitchen and bath. Enjoy the large and private backyard with gas grill, plenty of sitting room and a hammock under the large shade tree! In the off-season relax by the wood-burning fireplace. The location is hard to beat - within two blocks are the Boatslip, Bubalas, Spiritus Pizza, Porch Bar, Muscle Beach Gym and the Stop & Shop! Three bedrooms each nicely furnished with new queen-size beds, air-conditioners and plenty of new linens, pillows and towels. Free on-site parking. Free Wi-Fi. Comfortable living room with large flat-screen TV, cable and DVD. Well-behaved adult dogs considered with prior approval. This unit does not have in-unit laundry facilities.

Very central and convenient location! On a quiet residential street just two blocks from the Boatslip, Muscle Beach Gym, Spiritus Pizza, Porch Bar and the Stop & Shop. Very easy access - take the Shank Painter exit of Route 6, left on Bradford and first left on Winthrop. Fourth house on the left - park in the driveway!

Very nice place to stay in P-Town

By far this is the best place we have stayed in P-Town. Other places may be closer or have more baths etc. But in this house it's a blend of all things good! Only 1 1/2 blocks from Commercial street yet it was very quiet. The back yard is amazing, we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the hammock at night! We also found the solid construction (solid wood doors) very sound proof so one couple could sleep in, while others were up and having breakfast. We hope it's available for our next P-Town Trip!
