We had a last minute cancellation by our winter rental, which opens up two wonderful months at the beach at a very special rate. $1,000 for the month. Call us quick to reserve. We have just added new living room furniture and there is plenty of space to spread out (1200 square feet) and no steps. No steps going into the condo, no steps to the beach. Come enjoy a nice spacious end unit condo that is light and bright. No lugging suitcases or groceries up the stairs or in an elevator and plenty of room to store them in the condo without falling over them. 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with washer and dryer has magnificent ocean views from the family room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. We have renovated with new paint, tile flooring, carpet, wallpaper, furniture, decor, windows, and doors in 2007. We are new owners that use this as our second home. We have equipped our home with all the creature comforts we enjoy when we vacation. Park right outside your front door (two parking spaces provided) and enjoy the quiet convenience of Cherry Grove Beach.

This is a three-story building and has wide uncrowded beaches. Enjoy the surf, sightseeing, golf, or just experience the fantastic views. Fall asleep to the rolling surf. We have sliding glass doors off the family room and the master bedroom. Plenty of space for the entire family to spread out. One Pillowtop King, one Queen, and two twins to complete the three bedrooms. Sleep up to eight when you include the sleep sofa.

Myrtle Beach offers year round entertainment with over 100 golf courses, tennis, Broadway shows, tons of Restaurants, Outlet shopping as well as a wide range of water activities for kids of all ages!

We travel quite a bit and were looking for a beach property that we could return to year-after-year. This is definitely it! The owners are very pleasant, accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions we had or minor issues that arose. The decor in the condo was fun and bright and is spacious enough to sleep all 8 of us comfortably. However, the best part is that the location is AMAZING. It was so wonderful not to have to deal with stairs or an elevator, especially when you're lugging beach gear or groceries. We enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked for next year before our week was over. This is definitely a condo that we will utilize for many years to come.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to find this property 3 years ago and have returned each year since. It is a WONDERFUL condo that is bright, cheery and very well maintained. The location is fantastic as it is about midway along the stretch of Cherry Grove beach; sits right on the ocean front; and is on the first floor. No struggles with hauling luggage, groceries, etc upstairs. Just a few steps from the parking lot and you are in. In addition, taking chairs etc out to the beach is a piece of cake since it is on the ground floor and right beside the short walkway to the beach. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are just a short car (or bike) ride a way. The unit if very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed.
If you are looking for wonderful place to spend a vacation where you can maximize the use and beauty of beach and ocean, we highly recommend this condo.
