Easily accessible but totally private with a beautiful pool, tennis court, 6 acre lake and stunning views. Tour central Virginia's wonderful sites - only 40 minutes from Charlottesville and Richmond, an hour and 20 minutes from Williamsburg and 2 hours from Washington DC.

Our group of college friends stayed on this property to attend the PSU- UVA game in charlottesville. The property was so great that we barely wanted to leave for the game. The house, pool, lake, etc were all immaculately kept and everyone was more than satisfied with our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!!!

We stayed here for a quick weekend away from DC the first weekend in May, and had a fantastic time. While the photos are good, they don't do the place justice- the fields, lawn and lake were spectacular, and the farmhouse was really inviting and comfortable (and clean!). The owners give great directions to find the house and attractions around the area, keep the kitchen well stocked with all the cookware you could need, and have all the supplies for hanging out in the pool, fishing, tennis, and games easily accessible. It was so great to be able to bring our dog with us as well.
After the first night we were already planning our next stay. Thank you!

Perfect Escape

The LaVallee house and property is the absolute epitome of an escape. The house is gorgeous, and with so many activities surrounding you (pool, tennis, lake), your time here will fly by far too quickly. I can't imagine a better place for creating memories with friends and family. Can't wait to visit again soon!

My family and I spent a wonderful week at LaValle. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing in the lake. I love the privacy of this property, you truly feel like your the only people for miles around. The house was very roomy and up to date. The management was super friendly and eager to please. I would definitley recommend LaValle to family and friends.If you are looking for a relaxing country get away, it doesn't get any better than this.!!!!
