This lovely, Mediterranean-style, three-story home features six bedrooms also pull out sofas and four and 1/2 baths baths with additional second story Media room with theater setup and wet-bar. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Master bedroom is located on the first floor with jacuzzi style tub and full shower. Full-size front load washer and dryer located in second floor laundry room. Professionally decorated, and new to the market in Spring of 2008. The home also features nine foot ceilings, ceiling fans, travertine floors, and the latest in electronics including wireless internet, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, living and theater rooms. This lovely home design readily accommodates multiple families. This home was specially designed by owner and has amenities unique to other homes in the community.

The house was more than I expected. This is a wonderful way to experience Destin, Fl. We had 14 people aged 4 to 70 and room and accomodations for everyone. The pool was HUGE and refreshing. The tram service delightful. Destin's beach, the best.

We have been coming to Destin for over 20 years and this is by far the best location with an AMAZING pool. It was close to the beach, mall and great restaurants. The home itself was new and immaculate. I highly recommend this home, and I say home because it felt like home, not a hotel or your typical beach condo. Safe neighborhood with no constant thru traffic and noise. We will be back next year for sure.
