The house was more than I expected. This is a wonderful way to experience Destin, Fl. We had 14 people aged 4 to 70 and room and accomodations for everyone. The pool was HUGE and refreshing. The tram service delightful. Destin's beach, the best.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We have rented this property for the past three summers. Each time our family has stayed, it has been a very wonderful experience. The home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we need from the moment we walk in. The pool is amazing, the beaches are breathtaking, and a short walk from the home. A fantastic selection of restaurants and shopping are just moments away and a trolly service is provided for convenience. The pictures don't do the home justice, when you walk in it "feels" like a home away from home. We have met the owner personally every time we have rented the home, which means a lot, and says a lot about him as an owner personally. We have our vacation booked for this summer and can not wait!!!!

This place was terrible. No A/C on 1st and 2st floor. furniture was very worn and broken. breakers kelp flipping. Owner was very rude and nasty when he came to check A/C and all the many problems his place had. Please never rent this place. your family deserve better. and better treatment from a owner.
Owner's Response: We are very sorry that your stay was not pleasurable and sincerely apologize that you feel my team did not act in a professional manner.

We have been renting properties on the gulf coast for over 7 years and never had a review of this magnitude.

We fielded all your calls in a timely and appropriate manner and acted on them.

In response to the air conditioning we addressed the issue the next day and informed you that if there were any problems to please call.
Unfortunately, we did not get any other complaints concerning the air conditioning. However, when we received your VRBO review on Saturday the 22nd of September we came to our home to find the thermostat was turned to the heat position. As you may know when in the heat position there is no way the unit will cool. We have no way to control who switches the thermostat and what changes may have been made to it.

Regarding the furniture, we have leased this home for years and have nothing but compliments. We replace the furniture on a regular basis. There may have been some wear on the furniture, due to the high demand for this particular property. For that, we are very sorry and those issues will be addressed immediately. There was not any broken furniture prior to your arrival, but there were 4 broken chairs after you departed that had to be discarded. This will be resolved by the renter and our company.

In conclusion, once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Had we have known of these problems during your stay, they would have been addressed promptly.

EXCELLENT VACATION RENTAL FOR FAMILIES AND LARGE GROUPS

First of all I would like to thank the ownes for his hospitality. They were great!!!

The home "Sundrenched" is beautiful with all the amenities and services needed for a excellent vacation.

It is located in central Destin 2 blocks from beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The beaches are beautiful and the lagoon pool is amazing.

Can't wait to see you next year!!!!
