Modern 2 story house with double garage below overlooking ocean on West Bay St. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with combined tub and shower. A full size futon sofa bed is available in the living room. House is fully furnished with appliances and linen. Large balcony overlooks the ocean. A sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. The swimming pool is shared with 3 other owner occupied houses on the complex. There is a restaurant only 2 minutes walk away. Other restaurants and shops can be reached by bus or hired car
