Nicely furnished beach house located on a private road just 70 feet from a private beach. Amenities include a 48' HD TV, a Bose music system, piano, wireless internet service, and a gas fireplace for cool evenings. Enjoy glorious sunsets over the Bay from the house and deck. The gradual slope of the beach with multiple sandbars at low tide offers opportunities for beach walks and exploration. A fresh water pond with a beach, lifeguards, and play area is within easy walking distance. The National Seashore and ocean beach (surf) is just 3 miles away via a bicycle trail or automobile. National Seashore trails abound and a bicycle trail extends 30 miles. Good restaurants are plentiful nearby as well as a local cinema and drive-in theater, mini-golf, tennis, museums of local interest a fitness center, and an Audubon sanctuary. Summer theaters, concerts, antiquing, deep sea fishing, whale watching, and golf courses are within an easy drive.

Kingsbury Beach is a private beach with no public parking. We are on a private dead end dirt road. On the bay side the water is warm and usually quiet. On the ocean side the water is colder and often has sufficient waves for surfing. Eastham is the beginning of the National Seashore which extends to Provincetown on the ocean side. The National Seashore Headquarters offers a schedule of lectures, guided walks, kayaking clamming etc. Eastham is a small community with small general stores. Orleans is 15 minutes away for major shopping.

Driving Directions: From Sagamore Bridge onto Cape Cod, Route 6. Follow Route 6 (limited access highway) to Orleans Rotary. Continue on Route 6 into Eastham. Go through traffic light at Superette and Windmill on the left, Town Hall on right. Follow to next traffic light: National Seashore Building on right. After traffic light, get into left hand lane to turn left onto Kingsbury Beach Road which intersects a cemetery shortly after the light. Drive until you see Cape Cod Bay and turn left on the last road before the beach. The house is the 4th house on the right--11 Nycoma Way.
