Second Floor Loft – Offers Lounge style room, Cable TV with Full Sleeper Sofa. Washer and Dryer located in unit. Walk out patio and grill with storage facility for bikes. A short drive to the Bay Beaches as well as Nauset. Take a ride on the bike trail or take in a summer league baseball game or Chatham band concert. Lots to do for all.

A family oriented resort, located on RT 6A in historic Brewster at the center of Cape Cod. Our condo is situated overlooking the 18th hole of a private championship golf course, creating a great setting and view. Available for use are indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, playgrounds, tennis, basketball courts, as well as children's camps and babysitting options. Brewster is home to 7 beautiful bay side beaches as well as many fresh water ponds and lakes. Cape Cod Bike trail runs through the resort and provides miles of trails for biking and walking. The availability of biking to ponds or beaches as well as the Nickerson State Park are some options. the Natural Seashore and its beaches are a short drive away, with the larger cities of Hyannis being 25 minute drive and Provincetown 45 minute drive. Antiques, summer baseball, beaches and great restaurants await your arrival.

Accomodation, as described, in a well maintianed fabulous resort .Well located for travelling around the Cape and also to Boston. Owners extremely helpful with arrangments for key collection and linens especially given the distance we were travelling. Owners communication excellent and all went well. Ideal place for r & r after NYC.Great beaches, villages and so much to see and to do. Restaurants easily accessible and the Lynx in the resort great value and best food . Highly recommend this rental and with two teenagers the design gave them their own space upstairs if needed.Loved it plus the Cape. Magic!
