Overall, a pleasant stay. We got in late Sunday and got settled in. Found the frig full of beer from the previous renters, I suppose.AWESOME!! So much space in the house was great as we had 8 people in our party. It was a little chilly while there and the pool heater didn't work at first, but got it going a couple days later. Definetly a plus. We found the beds a little uncomfortable, but a little time in the pool got the kinks out. Also, very limited tv offerings, unless we weren't operating the dish network correctly. Couldn't even get the golf channel for updates on the U.S. Open. We went to the open, but wanted to see ourselves on tv. LOL. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure. They were very accomodating(sp). The location was the best. The bay out back and the ocean across the street was great. Easy access to the rest of Long Island as WH Beach is central to Bethpage for the open and the eastern part of the island.
