Only 10 minutes from Miami International Airport and steps from Miracle Mile. Sunny condo in fashionable Coral Gables. MIRACLE MARKETPLACE is 2 blocks away, with DSW Shoe Warehouse, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond and Petsmart. The grocery store (Winn Dixie) is 3 blocks away and the world-famous MIRACLE MILE (heaps of restaurants and great shopping) is at our front door.
The one bedroom 1.5 bath apartment on the 7th floor is a spacious 850 square feet with a pretty balcony overlooking the pool deck (with pool and community hot tub). The building has luxury finishes, a full-time doorman, party room with large TVs, library and pool tables. The kitchen has granite counter tops, all appliances, and cookware. We have stylish new furniture including a leather sofa and flat screen TV. We're surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops, and very close to Vizcaya, Key Biscayne, the Biltmore Hotel & Golf Course, and downtown Miami/Miami Beach. It's a 20 minute drive to the beaches and nightlife of South Beach.
The 42 inch flat screen plasma TV is equipped with basic Comcast cable. All linens are provided.
Minimum age for renters is 25, we don't accept children under 10 and the maximum occupancy for the apartment is three persons. No smoking or pets. You can park your rental car in the building's garage for a daily fee of about $17 (or on the street in a metered space) or rent our space for $100 for periods from a week to a month. (The $100 parking fee applies allows you to park UP TO one month, but not longer than you are resident in the unit.)
Owners are a professional couple, quiet, neat and tidy. We welcome mature guests who will treat our vacation home with care. We don't cater for pets or young children. We love to travel oursevles. For interesting properties, we will consider an exchange rather than a rental. Email and ask!
Merrick Way is 6 miles from the MIA airport so you won't have far to travel to enjoy the city and the exclusive enclave of Coral Gables. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. We are NOT walking distance to the beach, however! But there is a great pool and a spa.
Large flat screen TV, building security in a nice newer condominium, close to restaurants and nightlife. Every amenity you'll need is here, from linens, kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses and more.
We fully enjoyed this lovely spacious apartment with all the amenities, peace and quiet, and security. We liked preparing breakfast and some meals, relaxing on the balcony overlooking the courtyard with pool, and walking to shops, great restaurants and local sites. We walked to the Merrick House and Venetian Pool, and got to know a little of the history of this still independent city within Miami city limits. Check out the Coral Gables Museum just down the street - it's well worth it. We did easy day trips to Miami Beach, University of Miami campus, Coconut Grove, and Everglades National Park.

You can pay with credit card through HomeAway, but there is an extra 2.5% charge for this (a $1050 weekly rate becomes $1076.25 if paid by card). Personal checks OK.|
