There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 cozy living spaces, plus wet bar, game room, and 32' plasma TV and surround sound downstairs. In 2008 this 1947's home was totally remodeled, stained concrete & hard tile throughout , Wolf 8 burner stove dual oven, Caesar stone countertops in kitchen & bathrooms, home is very pet & kid friendly. Barton Springs, the famous 1,000 foot-long spring-fed pool — with a year-round water temperature of 68 degrees — is located within the 360-acre Zilker Park on the shores of Lady Bird Lake (formerly Town Lake) in downtown Austin and less than five miles from the Glendale property.

Notes: We will do anything possible to facilitate your requests, as we understand this is your vacation, and we want it to be as enjoyable as possible. All rentals include coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and general condiments. We are happy to purchase other groceries on your behalf in advance of your visit, and the local neighborhood store is two blocks away. Large family Reunion

Held a family reunion down in Austin and needed to find a place that could house a large family (11 people, kids and adults). This house was perfect. Plenty of space for all. Adults slept upstairs and kids had the downstairs. Beautiful house, great layout, awesome location. The owner is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Can't beat the price.

This is a fabulous house that is exactly as advertised. What a wonderful property. I stayed with 5 other people from my office on a business convention trip. The house was in fantastic condition and the owners were extremely helpful. Their attention to detail is fabulous and I would highly recommend staying there.

The kitchen, bathrooms, master suite, backyard and finsihed lower level were all completely redone and in grade A condition.

The location is excellent, only 6 or 7 minutes from the convention center downtown (and 6th Street) plus Congress is only a minute away. There are tons of things to do within walking distance.

We will definitely be back!!! Thanks!

Nice home

This home was great for us, we had a taekwondo tournament in Austing TX this place was only 5 min to the down town area. The rooms were great, no one felt like they were on top of each other like in a hotel room. Kitchen was great. The master bathroom was the best. Only wish for this house is a pool in the back yard, with the hot heat. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Property

We rented this house for a group of our employees who were coming to Austin for a three day meeting. The house is even nicer than the pictures; absolutely clean, comfortable and cozy. The owner, Nancy, is thoughtful and accommodating. We had seven people staying at the house and they all said it was much nicer and better than staying at a hotel. We will definitely rent it again when the need arises.

Great house, perfect location

We rented the house for the University of Texas commencement. With two sets of grandparents attending we needed two bedrooms on the main floor. The master suite was beautiful,fantastic shower and bathroom set up. The kitchen was top of the line and able to accommodate our 5 bedrooms worth of guests. The house is much bigger than it appears in the picture and everyone had plenty of room. The patio with grill was very nice. The agent we worked with was very informative and helpful. The location was great for anything happening downtown. Travis Heights neighborhood was perfect.
