Beautiful New Non-Smoking Home in the Heart of Seagrove Beach. Stunningly decorated with every amenity one could wish for! Dazzling views of the emerald blue Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches from EVERY room! The first floor features 2 large bedrooms, each with a grand-size double vanity bathroom, each connecting to a double bunkroom. Also on the 1st floor is a recreation room with TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, a wraparound front porch facing the community pool, and a deck overlooking the Gulf. The 2nd floor has a large open family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, separate ice maker, and every gadget a cook could need! There is a large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and another deck with views of the community pool. Also on this floor is a Master Bedroom and deluxe bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and European rainwater shower. The 3rd floor tower room is a separate Master suite with private deck and breathtaking views of the Gulf!
