WaterSound Beach is a new, luxury, Gulf-front community boasting its own private stretch of pristine white beach and windswept dunes. You will be delighted by WaterSound's boardwalks and bridges meandering gracefully through the natural dunescape as they lead to the sea. This condo also has private beach club membership privileges that guest can use for a fee the club charges the owner (ask for details). Use of two adult beach bikes free with rental a $150 weekly rental value. This exquisite townhouse condo located in the Crossings is beautifully designed and professionally decorated. The grand master suite and bunk alcove are located on the ground floor. The second floor contains two more bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds. Both have private bathrooms. This is a perfect situation for two families sharing this lovely townhouse.
