Come play at Balboa Island in Newport beach! Balboa is 20 minutes from Disneyland, one hour to Legoland, and minutes from any beach or Orange County activity you could want. This unit has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with three twins (one bunk bed), a great kitchen, ample seating, bathroom with shower/tub combo and one on-site parking spot. There's even a warm shower outside to rinse off sand, too. If you have any questions or want more information on the house and/or Newport Beach just contact us. We're sure you'll love our beach house as much as we do!
