This private entry guest house is situated in the Studio City/Hollywood Hills, overlooking Ventura Boulevard and the San Fernando Valley. The house is conveniently located near Laurel Canyon Boulevard and the Hollywood Freeway, which provides you access to all that Los Angeles has to offer. Once you enter the stained glass front door and foyer of the guest house, the bedroom is on the main level and has a comfortable queen bed with pillow top mattress that is very soft. You can enjoy a book or watch TV as you rest from your busy day. When you go up the stairs and enter the main living area, which is very spacious, well decorated and offers relaxing views of the mountains, city and hills. The guest house is over 900 square feet of living space and doesn't feel cramped at all. There is a full bathroom off the living room, a hallway which has a stackable washer and dryer, then the full kitchen featuring new appliances, cabinetry and countertops.

The house has just been completely remodeled in April 2008 and features everything new and clean. This is a well-decorated guest house and provides a very comfortable place to stay whether traveling for business or pleasure. There is a washer & dryer in the guest house; it also has all new appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, in the kitchen. There is everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal or have delivery/take out from one of the many fantastic restaurants in Studio City.

The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and friendly. Street parking is very easy to find in front of the house. You will find neighbors walking the street all day long, saying hello, giving a smile. If you are looking for a getaway to LA for a visit with friends or family, or if you're coming for business or to tour the sites, this is really the best location to stay!

Overlooking the CBS studio and Universal studio, there are many attractions nearby. Ventura Boulevard offers many choices for shopping, restaurants, cafes and activities. Universal City is just around the corner and provides a lot of entertainment choices. A short drive over the hill (3 miles) on Laurel Canyon Boulevard or Hwy 101 and you are in the middle of Hollywood, West Hollywood and all that Los Angeles has to offer. With no traffic, you can drive to downtown LA in just 20 minutes! Balboa Park and Burbank airport are each only 15 minutes away.

What can I say, this place is fantastic, the only thing that surpassed the high quality fixtures and fittings and the stunning view across the Valley would be the generous and welcoming nature of the landlords. Thanks, I shall be returning!
