This townhouse is located in a beautiful, quiet and safe, gated community on the border of Palm Springs and Cathedral City. Ramon Lakeview Villas is well kept, safe and convenient to shopping, local attractions, golf and tennis. A brand new shopping center called The Springs is opening soon on across the street from this complex. Walmart, Lowe's and Home Depot are located on the three opposing intersections of Ramon and San Luis Rey Drive. Only a short drive to the Palm Springs Int'l airport and downtown Palm Springs, this is a great alternative to staying at the area hotels. The townhouse was recently remodeled in the summer of 2007 and features new cabinetry, granite counter tops, appliances, washer/dryer, lush carpet, and beautiful tile. Central air conditioning, two reserved parking spaces (one covered spot), close proximity to one of two pool/jacuzzi areas (both gated for security/safety), nice furnishings and decorations, all make this a great retreat for any vacation.

We returned yesterday from Palm Springs. I must tell you that our stay at your place on San Luis Rey Drive #78 was just perfect. Loved all the thoughtful touches, inviting spaces, the complete, immaculate kitchen, very comfortable beds, and excellent washer and dryer. The pool and spa were most welcomed because we hit a hot spell. We will tell our family and friends about your condo rental. Thanks again. We feel really lucky to have found you!
