This spacious, new, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house is conveniently located for easy access to the excitement of the Ocean City boardwalk, and the tranquility of Assateague Island. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and some fun small appliances. The dining area seats 8 people comfortably, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter. The first floor bedroom and bath are perfect for guests who want to avoid using the stairs. The upstairs master suite has all of the elements of a romantic retreat. It has a king sized bed, a large bathroom with double shower and soaking tub, and a cozy balcony perfect for relaxing evening conversation. The third floor is set up with younger guests in mind, set up with two full sized beds along with a twin bed. The TV has equipment and easy access for video games and movies. Bring your own linens. No smoking and no pets allowed.
