Enjoy sweeping westerly views from Montauk Point, NY to the RI & CT coastline. Located on the desirable Corn Neck Road side of the island just a short walk from the ocean. Protected by open space conservation land. Home has an open floor plan for perfect summer vacationing, with kitchen, dining and living rooms over looking open deck to ocean views. Three bedrooms; master has views with attached bath and queen size bed, second bedroom has views with queen size bed, and third bedroom has a bunk bed, one twin, and a trundle bed. Lower living room has convertible couch and chair for more sleeping options with separate viewing deck and yard access. Open third floor room has additional 2 full size futons with more expansive views. Laundry room and outdoor shower make beach clean up fast and easy, with an ideal yard for outdoor summer games and activities. Two satellite TV’s, DVD, VCR, Bose CD Player, and DSL complete the entertainment options.
