Great location. 5 minute walk to downtown, 1/2 block from river and walking trails, quiet. Easy walk to tennis courts, skating pond, recreation centre and downtown shopping/ cafes/ restaurants and art galleries. 5 minute drive to Nordic Centre (cross-country skiing) and 20 minute drive to Banff town site and Banff Centre for the Arts. 4 major ski areas within an hours drive. Hiking, rock climbing, and golfing all minutes away.

This new condo is finished with hardwood flooring, natural rundlestone fireplace, granite counter tops, alder cabinets, natural fir trim and open wood slab stairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Two decks, including natural gas BBQ and outdoor eating area. Living area includes 46 inch flat screen TV and DVD player, CD player, and wireless Internet.

Fantastic Place!

We have just spent a week at this condo, and loved everything about it! Great, quiet location...fully equipped kitchen...comfortable furniture and beds. Really hated to leave, and hope to be back again soon.

The condo was great.....a short walk to downtown, and lots of amenities.... we would love to come back, as we treat our kids to a new years in the mountains...we will make this a tradition....

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here! Enjoyed the white-water rafting experience her @ Canmore, our BEST ever. Horse riding was not bad too! Coming back to a comfortable home made everything even more lovely. Thank you!
