Decorated in soft neutral tones, this beautiful 3000 square foot home is located within a short three – four minute walk to our fabulous beach. Beachwood West, a residential section of Wild Dunes, is very centrally located – about a five minute bike ride to the best that Wild dunes has to offer: Grand Pavilion, Tennis courts, Fitness center, Resort pool, and restaurants and stores.
The large living room is perfect for family gatherings and opens to the tranquil screened porch – perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The living area also opens to the nice sized dining room
The main living area also offers a small sunroom located right off of the dining room. We’ve found that to be a great game room for the kids or a great place to escape if you need to work on your laptop. Kids can chill out and watch DVDs while the adults commandeer the living room!
The galley style kitchen boast Corian counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need to prepare that gourmet meal. There is also a small kitchen table so family members can hang out with the chef of the family while they are cooking.
Now for the bedrooms…We have given great attention to the comfort of our guest by adding feather beds to all of our top-of-the line mattresses. We’ve also provided 100% cotton sateen linens on all of our beds for extra softness.
When you come in on the first level, there are two bed rooms. The first is a rather large room (easily considered a master) with a queen bed and a guest room, also with queen bed. The downstairs “master” also has it’s own private porch with a hammock – just what you need to get away from it all for awhile. Both rooms share a generous bath room with tub/shower combination.
Going up to the second floor (we call this the main level) there is a true master suite. This room offers a king bed and has it’s own private bath. The fourth bedroom, with 2 twin beds, is also on the main level. This darling room shares a full bath with the den and living area.
The fifth and final room is perfect for kids (both big and small). They will feel very special climbing the spiral staircase to their own private haven. We have added two twin beds (also with additional feather beds so they are just a comfy as the adults!) This room also has it’s own TV with DVD so the kids can hide away to their hearts content! This upstairs hideaway offers a ½ bath with sink and toilet only.
This house has it all – a very short walk to the beach, a short walk or bike ride to central Wild dunes (Grand pavilion, Tennis courts, Pool, etc), high speed Internet connection, gas grill, a fenced back yard (very rare in Wild dunes) and of course, the wild Dunes sportscard.
