Naples Vacation Rental apartment

My wife and I planned a vacation to Naples earlier this year (2009) and took along my mother to see her parents' hometown for the first time in her life. True to its advertisement, this is a beautiful, spacious apartment in the Chaia section of Naples. The apartment is quite large with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a roof terrace. The living room is huge as well. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities. The apartment is located within a 5-10 minute walk of the major shopping districts on Via Chaia and Via Toledo. It's a bit further (like 30 minutes) to walk to the harbor or to the Spaccanapoli section where a number of the tourist sites are but we were happy for the exercise. It is located in a joint residential/business area so it is close to restaurants and grocery stores. It is also located over a few bars in a popular area so be prepared to hear people partying until 3 or so in the morning. The area is quite safe for walking at night as well. Cristina and her family were wonderful to deal with and I recommended the apartment to one of my friends who is considering a trip to Naples. Overall, whenever traveling through Europe, I typically rent apartments instead of staying in hotels because I prefer the flexibility that apartment rentals provide. This was clearly one of my better experiences and I highly recommend ths place.
