I am American and my husband is Italian. I grew up in the Florida and my husband grew up not too far from this area. We live partly in Italy, partly in the US.
We immediately fell in love with this 1400's house and the surrounding area. We were drawn to the peaceful setting the house and area offered. We have dedicated a lot of time and love for all to enjoy. Our house was built in the 1400's and has a very rich history. It has been through a lot : Countless medieval battles, the unification of Italy in the 1500's, WWI and WWII. It was always owned by a local family and it was been passed down many generations. We are honored to be the first non-family members to purchase in the village.
We really love this house and hope you do too. Welcome and we are happy to share our piece of heaven with you!
Rich history, amazing location, peaceful and complete connect with nature. All this with the benefits of modern life.
