This open floor plan cape style home is located on a quiet side street near Sheep Pond and features cathedral ceilings in living room and dining room, hardwood floors throughout, central A/C, wireless internet, washer and dryer, master bedroom with TV and private bath and den with TV and french doors off living/dining room. Private back yard, deck with Weber gas grill, patio furniture and outdoor shower. 5 minute walk to one of the cleanest and isolated fresh water ''kettle'' ponds on Cape Cod (142 acres in size and up to 70' deep) perfect for swimming, windsurfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing or small sailboat. A ''beach sticker'' for parking is included for private pond access with roped swimming area and wooden raft . 10 minute drive to any of Brewster's 8 bay beaches and 20 minutes to Nauset Beach in Orleans. 2 1/2 miles to Captains (36 hole) Golf Course and less than a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
