The description and pictures were exactly the way the apt. looks - very modern and new. It was clean and well-kept. The owner and landlord were very nice, helpful and extremely accommodating with our arrival and departure times. The area is amazing! Very close to lots! of shopping, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked deli right across the street. We were four women travelling and felt very safe at all times, morning and night. It is very close to subways but also within easy walking distance of everything you would want. I would definitely recommend this place and we plan to go back there when we visit NYC again.
