The Ocean Point Estate...'nothing short of spectacular'. This is one of the Finest Oceanfront Estates on the entire central coast. Guests will have the experience of the ocean less than 30 feet away with views from the family and billiard rooms and the gourmet kitchen. Otters, whales and seals are all just outside along with 2 private beaches only steps away. A large private heated indoor pool and private hot tub over looking an ocean cove are available for guest enjoyment. The property also boasts a private enclosed patio and a sun deck overlooking the ocean. There are 2 outdoor fireplaces ready to serve as evening gathering places. The estate is very well appointed yet comfortable and fun for both old and young.. The home is 5,000 square feet and provides 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is perfect for two or three families that vacation together, corporate retreats or a small wedding. The estate has a private chef available along with daily maid service provided.
