The villa is located right on the water and on the point of Fripp Island . The Master bedroom, Living Room and Dining room have beautiful oceanfront views, and the other 2 bedrooms have an ocean view. The villa is all on one level and handicap accessible, The villa is updated with new windows,doors, and a new deck. Also, new kitchen cabinets and beautiful granite countertops have been added. The complete villa has been painted and new furnishings have been added. The golf car is included for guests with the rental at no additional charge. We are located across the street from the Ocean Point Golf Course and adjacent to a pool and playground.
