Two decks, one with gas grill and patio dining, one with large hot tub, both with spectacular river views. Paths and steps to seasonal dock; two single kayaks . Large living room has fireplace, a sleeper sofa, and 27" television. Bedrooms have queen beds; trundle bed in alcove near bedrooms. Wireless high-speed Internet access.; unlimited domestic telephone service. Ping pong table in area under house (sheltered, but unheated). Private, yet only a flat one-half mile to downtown Guerneville. Note: dock cannot be installed until dam is installed, usually mid-June. Central heat. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Keyless entry. Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
